If you have been suffering from acne for some time then you may be wondering if it is really possible to get rid of acne. You see acne can be very frustrating and disfiguring which causes of to feel embarass of the way we look. As a former acne suffere I can relate and I know first hand how it feels to have acne.
But let us look back at the question at heart: —> Is it possible to get rid of acne for good?
I have tried several different types of acne treatments. You name it I’ve tried it. Now I wont list the product I have tried here because I don’t want to get into any trouble. lol. But lets just say they have some big celebrities behind them which would make you think they are the miracle cure. Unfortunately I was wrong.
To make a long story short, the simple answer to the question is YES. Why do I say yes ?
Because I am living proof that it acne can be cured. I used to have huge pimples, blackheads, whiteheads and zits. I used to try and pop them and do everything to get them to go away. That was when a friend told me about a product she saw online. Now I am the type of person who is not to fancy about those products, afterall they may just be another scam. At least that’s what I thought at first.
However after much consideration visited the website my friend told me about to take a look. After reading the website I could relate with the author how he suffered from acne and tried everything until he found a natural cure. He said how he documented everything in a book he called 14 Days Acne Cure.
So I decided to give it a shot. Note I was still skeptical that it would work but because my friend had so much good thing to say about it, I still followed through.
The book is almost 70 pages long and packed with everything you need to know about acne, the causes, the different types, the symptoms and finally the 14 days acne cure solution.
I tell you it was a good read. And I paid just about $40 dollars for the book. Now I can truly say it was the best $40 dollars I ever spent.
What Is The 14 Days Acne Cure All About?
The whole book is constructed around the permanent eradication of acne. The process involves detoxification to get out the unwanted toxins in your body that contributes to acne, rejuevination to cleanse your skin, a 14 day diet plan to stop acne at its source and a daily skin cleansing regime.
Everything was so simple. I read the book about 3 times. If you want to get rid of acne real fast I say give it a shot. One thing though be prepared to spend at least $30 - $50 dollars more as the author recommends that you buy a couple of thing for the skin cleansing regime.
What is Bad About The 14 Days Acne Cure?
Well as you know there is no product that is 100% perfect. If I tell you that there is nothing that I did not like about the 14 Days Acne Cure then I would be lying. So I would say the bad thing about it is the diet plan. It suggest that you avoid certain foods for the duration but I am the type of person who loves to get a bite of ****** every now and then. But I managed to follow through though.
Did the 14 Days Acne Solution Work?
The short answer is yes. But to be honest it took me maybe 3 weeks rather than the 14 days. I think this is mainly because I did not stick to the plan 100%. The good thing though is that am acne free now and that is what matters.
Do I recommend 14 Days Acne Cure?
You bet I do. But the choice is yours. I have cured my acne and it is the best thing to look in the mirror and not seing any scars looking at me. So I do recommend it. Like I said the choice is yours, I am not going to tell you that you should buy it or not. I just give you my experience and hope that it will guide you in the right direction.

Is There A Safe Natural Home Remedy For Pimples?
There is nothing worse than waking up in the morning, looking in the mirror, and there it is in all its glory. A brand new shiny pimple stuck on your face. It’s a never ending battle, no sooner do you get one cleared away then a new pimple pops up in a different spot. No matter what you do or the latest treatment you try your pimples just keep coming back.
So what causes these embarrassing outbreaks? Propionibacterium acnes; otherwise known as bacteria.
This bacteria, which normally lives on the skin, is able to grow in plugged hair follicles or pores. Normally sebum, and oily substance that flows to the skins surface, keeps the bacteria from entering the follicle. Pimples develop when the sebum, cells called keratinocytes that line the follicle and the hair itself form a plug allowing the bacteria to enter and grow in the plugged follicle. The body reacts to this invasion by sending white blood cells that cause inflammation. Eventually the wall of the plugged follicle disintegrates and the infection spreads into the surrounding skin leading to lesions and pimples.
There are several factors which lead to these outbreaks of pimples and for some people make an already bad condition worse.
• Hormones – This is particularly true of teens going through puberty as well as a womans hormone changes during her monthly menstrual cycle, pregnancy and even the birth control pills she is taking.
• Oil from skin products and cosmetics.
• Pressure from tight or restrictive clothing, sports helmets, backpack straps and anything else that does not allow the skin to breathe.
• Pollution and high humidity
• Squeezing and picking at pimples.
• Scrubbing your skin to hard.
• Stress.
Contrary to popular belief the foods you eat do not lead to the formation of pimples. There is little scientific evidence that proves that chocolate and greasy foods cause outbreaks of pimples. This does not mean that you should eat a bunch of un-healthy food either. A proper diet will help your body deal with any of the stresses that may lead to outbreaks in a much easier way.
A home remedy for pimples includes the following:
• Cleaning your skin gently, particularly your face. It is best to use a mild cleanser twice a day. Do not scrub your face with a rough scour pad and do not use an astringent except for on very oil spots. You can make your pimples worse if you aren’t gentle with your skin care.
• Don’t pick at and pop your pimples. As fun as this may be for some people it can lead to scarring and dark skin blotches.
• Shaving carefully. Make sure your razor is sharp and thoroughly soften your whiskers with warm soap and water. Nicking existing blemishes can make your pimple outbreaks worse.
• Don’t over expose your skin to the sun. While it may appear that a nice tan makes your pimples go away in reality it only makes them less visible. The risks of over exposure to the sun, rapid skin aging and skin cancer, far outweigh any benefit a tan will have for your condition.
• Cosmetics. It is best to choose cosmetics that are oil free. Look for labels that say noncomedogenic. This means they will not lead to clogged pores.
Just about everyone deals with outbreaks of pimples during their life. Nearly 80% of people between the ages of 11 and 30 are affected by them at least once in their life. Most people tend to see their outbreaks disappearing in their thirties; however, some people in their 40s and 50s continue to suffer from this skin problem.
A home remedy for pimples is about following some simple guidelines and common sense. If you are careful with your skin care and follow these tips chances are your pimples will disappear.
